CRC motornews.co.nz driver Jono Lester donned the CRC helmet camera for a pit stop and driver change under safety car in a fog covered Autopolis 3 hour race, which was eventually red flagged and declared early in the inclement conditions.
80 minutes of the 90 minutes of racing was spent under the safety car. In Lester’s words, the stop was “pretty messy. We made the late call to pit and it was all a little frantic!”.
