The Mini One has been replaced with the new Mini Ray

The MINI Ray is powered by a characterful 1.2-litre turbocharged three-cylinder petrol engine that incorporates start/stop technology and develops 75kW and 180Nm of torque. When coupled to the standard-fit six-speed manual gearbox, combined fuel consumption is just 4.9L/100km. This figure is 5.0L/100km when paired to the optional six-speed automatic transmission.

Available in two metallic paint colours – Pepper White or Midnight Black – the MINI Ray also gains clear indicator lenses, along with specific mirror covers, bonnet stripes, side scuttles and a specific Ray badge to differentiate this stylish hatchback from the pack.

A selection of specific MINI Ray Accessories colours can be added for no extra cost, the choice of pink, yellow or green offering a bright contrast to the chosen primary exterior colour.

Other key standard equipment highlights ape the previous One specification, with 15-inch wheels, hands-free Bluetooth with USB audio interface, heated and electrically-operated exterior mirrors, six airbags and rear park distance control.

Safety is also paramount, with dynamic traction control including an electronic differential lock, dynamic stability control, electronic brake force distribution control and anti-lock braking including brake assist and cornering brake control all fitted as standard.
