has arrived– Volkswagen’s new Amarok V6 – redefining all aspects of a premium lifestyle vehicle.
And with global demand outstripping supply, it’s no surprise that the first 4 months of arrivals to
New Zealand are already sold out.
The new Amarok V6 3.0L TDI 4MOTION all-wheel
drive model delivers best in class torque at 550Nm
and has a power output of 165kW including an overboost
function, which can increase the engine power
up to 180kw. The over-boost function is available at
full throttle for 10 seconds in duration between 50
and 120 km/h. Not surprisingly, the Amarok V6
accelerates more like a hot hatch, rocketing from 0-
100 km/h in just 7.9 seconds.
