Joko Widodo, Governor of Indonesian capital Jakarta, hosted factory Yamaha riders Jorge Lorenzo and Valentino Rossi at the City Hall on Friday, as the livery for the brand’s new M1 bike was revealed to the public.
The team-mates, who are embarking upon a second season together after reuniting in 2013, were also joined by various management figures from Yamaha’s Indonesian branches, before attending a press conference.
Yamaha last won the MotoGP title with Lorenzo in 2012, when he fended off the attentions of Dani Pedrosa.
