Taking into account the results of the 2013 Le Mans 24 Hours, the American Le Mans Series, the European Le Mans Series and the Asian Le Mans Series, twelve teams have won the right to take part in qualifying for the 2014 Le Mans 24 Hours: this represents a possible 13 cars out of the 56 places available on the grid at the start on 14th June 2014.

Please note that OAK Racing has two entries, the only team in this situation in 2014.

OAK Racing: victory in the LM P2 category in both the Le Mans 24 Hours and the Asian Le Mans Series in 2013: invitations in LM P2.

The other teams benefitting from one invitation are:

Audi Sport Team Joest: victory in the Le Mans 24 Hours in category LM P1. Invitation in LM P1.

Porsche AG Team Manthey: victory in the Le Mans 24 Hours in the LM GTE Pro category. Invitation in LM GTE Pro.

IMSA Performance MATMUT: victory in the Le Mans 24 Hours in the LM GTE Am category. Invitation in LM GTE Am.

Muscle Milk Pickett Racing: selected in the American Le Mans Series. Invitation in LM P2.

Risi Competizione: selected in the American Le Mans Series. Invitation in LM GTE Pro.

AF Corse: victory in the Asian Le Mans Series in the GTC category. Invitation in LM GTE Am.

Craft Racing AMR: second in the Asian Le Mans Series in the GTC category. Invitation in LM GTE Am.

Signatech Alpine: victory in the European Le Mans Series in the LM P2 category. Invitation in LM P2.

RAM Racing: victory in the European Le Mans Series in the LM GTE category. Invitation in LM GTE Pro or Am, entrant’s choice.

Proton Competition: second in the European Le Mans Series in the LM GTE category. Invitation in LM GTE Pro or Am, entrant’ choice.

Team Endurance Challenge: victory in the European Le Mans Series in the LM PC category. Invitation in LM P2.

Each invitation will only be granted if the car in question is entered in 2014 in one of the following Series: Asian Le Mans Series, European Le Mans Series and Tudor United SportsCar Championship.

Entries for the 2014 Le Mans 24 Hours, the FIA World Endurance Championship and the European Le Mans Series have been open since 19th December 2013. The closing date for entries is 30th January 2014.

The full list of entries for the 2014 Le Mans 24 Hours and the FIA World Endurance Championship will be announced on Thursday 13th February 2014.
